Now a days everyone knows that being physically active provide tons of health benefits. But there is a difference in how we implement it. Being physically active through the day also provides enhanced productivity and healthy habit forming. For instance, doing the house chores, bringing in regular healthy groceries or regularly cleaning our room. All these activities can keep us physically active and at the same time provide aid in strengthening our family bonds, as other family members are delighted when we are helpful at home.
